ఇప్పటికే పలు కొత్త నోట్లను ప్రవేశపెట్టిన RBI త్వరలో మరో నోటును ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తేనుంది . రూ . 20 కొత్త నోటును ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్నట్లు RBI తన నివేదికలో వెల్లడించింది . RBI డేటా ప్రకారం 2016 , మార్చి 31 నాటికి దేశంలో 4 . 92 బిలియన్ రూ . 20 నోట్లు చెలామణిలో ఉండగా . . మార్చి 31 , 2018 నాటికి ఆ సంఖ్య 10 బిలియన్ నోట్లకు చేరింది . కాగా మొత్తం దేశ కరెన్సీలో 9 . 8 శాతం మేర రూ . 20 నోట్లు చెలామణి అవుతున్నాయి .
The Reserve Bank of India or RBI will soon introduce a new Rs 20 currency note with additional features, according to a document of the central bank.
The central bank has already issued new look currency notes in the denominations of Rs 10, Rs 50, Rs 100, and Rs 500. It had also introduced the Rs 200 and Rs 2,000 bank notes.
The new look notes are being introduced since November 2016 under Mahatma Gandhi (New) series. These are different in size and design compared to the notes issued previously
