All the District Educational Officers in the state are aware that, Gnana Dhaara Summer Residential Remedial Programme was conducted for 13 days i.e from 28.05.2018 to 09.06.2018 in the residential campuses of S.W/T.WIAPMS/KGBV institutes in all the 13 districts in A.P. In this regard, SGTS, P.E.Ts/P.Ds, School Assistants of Telugu, English, Mathematics, Physical Science and Natural Sciences have registered online and attended the programme in the centres as per the allotment made by the District
authorities. So the Sanction is hereby accorded to the District Educational Officers in the state to preserve eligible Earned Leave to the teachers who attended the summer remediation programme as per A.P Leave Rules vide reference 6. Hence all the District Educational Officers in the state are requested to verify the list of teachers participated in the summer programme and grant eligible Earned Leave by an order, enlisting the Teachers particulars as suggested below. The same
list should be communicated to the Commissioner of School Education A.P
